Pick up and Drop off information
If you are a parent who drops off and picks up their child, we ask that you help us keep the process safe and efficient by doing the following:

Drop off in the morning

• Drop off is in the circular drive off of Landwehr Road
• The school building opens at 8:20 and students are released to first period at 8:30. 
• Please make sure your student is ready to exit as soon as you pull into the circular drive for drop off-this will alleviate backing up traffic due to taking more time to exit the vehicle. 
• Please stay along the curb to ensure student safety as they exit the vehicle. This allows us to maintain safety for our students by keeping them out of all car traffic when they exit the vehicle, and this allows cars to pull away after their student has exited the vehicle. 
• Please pull up as far as possible along the curb before allowing your student to exit (you may pull up to a car length from the stop sign). Please do not allow your student to exit the vehicle until you have passed the crosswalk-this will help us keep the car line moving at a quicker pace
• Students who are dropped off, walk, or ride their bike, must enter through the Field main entrance. 

Pick up in the afternoon
For those of you who will pick up your student after school, please follow our afternoon pick-up  system. Student pick-up is in the circular drive off of Landwehr Road.  

• Pick up is in the circular drive off of Landwehr (please do not use any other location to pick up your student). School dismisses at 3:30
• There are three lanes of traffic during afternoon pick up 
• One pick-up lane is next to the curb
• The center lane will be for you to pull out once your child has been safely seated in your car
• The third lane will be an additional pick-up lane. The additional pick up lane will be the outermost lane closest to the parking spaces. Students that have their ride in this outermost lane will use the crosswalk in the parking lot to reach their vehicle and enter on the driver's side.  Please do not encourage your student to cross outside of the crosswalk     
• Please be mindful that students will be using the crosswalk. Stop at the crosswalk and wait for directions to proceed.  We will need to stop traffic in the lot to allow students to get to the outermost lane.
