Welcome to 7ART!

 

Seventh grade artists will study and create 2D art. Working with the big idea: PLACE, students will find personal expression in a variety of media including charcoal drawing, printmaking, watercolor, oil pastels and acrylic painting. Focus will be on objective images but abstraction and non-objective work will also be explored. Students will continue to learn about and use the Elements and Principles of Design and be able to look and speak critically about famous artist's work as well as fellow student work.
